Gerlich Construction began as a full-service residential remodeling service in 1997. Eventually, incorporating to become Gerlich Companies, Inc. with a vision to form specialties. One area we choose to specialize is outdoor living spaces. In 2017, with a focus on decks and patios, a dba was born... Decks By Design.
